With 20+ years sales experience, I’ve done every role from ground level to C-Suite, classified sales rep in B2B publishing, to a CRO in B2B SaaS Tech.

 

As a Fractional CRO I have worked with multiple B2B Tech businesses at Seed to Series A to help transform their sales operations and have mentored 40+ individuals on growth, mindset and sales

Utilising 20+ years sales experience, I have created my proprietary Sales Operating System (Sale OS) to help you create and close more pipeline, improve efficiency and profitability.

I have trained with Barefoot Coaching, am a qualified Personal and Business coach, and delivered 100+ hours of professional coaching. I am also a Mentor with Growth Mentor. Fractional leadership
FRACTIONAL LEADERSHIP

I can support on a fixed term basis and minimise the cost and risk associated with a permanent senior hire. This could be to support before you make your first senior hire, support as you are transitioning to a new hire, supporting in finding and onboarding the new hire, provide cover during maternity and paternity periods, or to level up your existing team - I have supported in all these situations and can ensure you deliver against your targets and create a replicable and scalable revenue machine.
