I have trained with Barefoot Coaching, am a qualified Personal and Business coach, and delivered 100+ hours of professional coaching. I am also a Mentor with Growth Mentor. FRACTIONAL LEADERSHIP
I can support on a fixed term basis and minimise the cost and risk associated with a permanent senior hire. This could be to support before you make your first senior hire, support as you are transitioning to a new hire, supporting in finding and onboarding the new hire, provide cover during maternity and paternity periods, or to level up your existing team - I have supported in all these situations and can ensure you deliver against your targets and create a replicable and scalable revenue machine.
