In 2021, I transitioned from the corporate environment to pursue a passion for GTM and Sales, actively supporting growth-oriented businesses in reaching their Sales and Revenue goals.
I have engaged with a diverse portfolio of dynamic organisations in pivotal investment phases, encompassing B2B/B2C Seed, Series A, and Series B stages. I provide Advisory, Diagnostic, Project or Fractional services; delivered with concision, commercial curiosity, directness, impact and empathy.
I have over 20 years experience delivering sales success and can help on your terms. Whatever you face, it’s likely I’ve seen it before, and know how the road bends and dips. My experience is shaped from first hand experience leading revenue functions in digital, data, SaaS and subscription businesses.
My instincts are naturally drawn to the business of maximizing revenue and potential, intuitively understanding the right questions to ask that lead to growth. ADVISORY AND COACHING
I can support on an hourly basis and bring the right questions to ask, provide focussed reflection and challenge, combining the theoretical and practical, and helping to connect the dots. I have trained with Barefoot Coaching, am a qualified Personal and Business coach, and delivered 100+ hours of professional coaching. I am also a Mentor with Growth Mentor. I can work on revenue specific projects, helping to support your existing team and level up. These projects can cover a range of needs including establishing go-to-market fit; sales playbook creation; lead generation and sales execution; how to win trophy clients and new business; onboarding, coaching and performance plans. I can review your revenue and GTM teams, provide analysis, insights, advice and an action plan. The diagnostic covers the critical areas of marketing, sales, strategy, team and operations. You can then choose to implement improvements yourself, or we can identify projects that I can support.
